Today I spoke with Carol from this company, I was trying to tell her my concerns with a local bus stop. She immediately started to scream at me and said "if you want me to listen to you hurry up and finish your sentence". I am absolutely disgusted that this women thinks she can speak to someone this way especially a concerned parent. After her continuing to yell "oh my god" and "Its not my problem" I hung up the phone. I honestly can not believe this lady has a job much less a job that involves children!
On Saturday March 15, 2014 at about 12 noon, I observed one of Robertson's buses (#149) on Northbound I-93 between exits 26-29 being driven at extremely high speeds in a very reckless manner. Whoever was driving this vehicle repeatedly passed vehicles that themselves were driving in excess of the speed limit. I can only hope that the bus did not contain any passengers.
